Rows of Benches

Originally, the Amphitheater seated 3,000 on benches that extended to the Colonnade (covered picnic shelter). Evans Amphitheater now seats 1,222 under the roof and 1,278 on the lawn. Colonnade, although structurally improved (1998), looks the same.
