Trial by Fire 216

Trial By Fire 216 is an all carbon fiber string ensemble that performs on instruments manufactured in the United States by Luis & Clark. Since it takes nearly 3000°F to craft these instruments, they can handle changes in humidity, temperature, and anything else Mother Nature can dole out.   Alexandra Vago (viola/violin), founder of Trial By Fire 216, has been performing exclusively on Luis & Clark instruments since 2010. Tthe ensemble is comprised of Michael Houff (violin), Alexandra Vago (viola), Diana Pepelea Vardi (violin) and Linda Atherton (cello)   Members of the ensemble regularly perform with The Cleveland Pops Orchestra, Akron Symphony, Akron Baroque, Fort Wayne Symphony, The Playhouse Square Theatre Orchestra, Blossom Festival Orchestra, and Trinity Chamber Orchestra.  They have backed several artists including Johnny Mathis, Smokey Robinson, Clay Aiken, Andrea Bocelli, Mannheim Steamroller and Trans-Siberian Orchestra, among others.
