The 2020 Cain Park season has been cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Tickets previously purchased for the 2020 season will be automatically refunded.
Rain or Shine Policy
All performances will occur - rain or shine.
Theater Opening Times
The Evans Amphitheater opens one hour before showtime; the Alma Theater opens 30 minutes before showtime.
Beware of Ticket Scalpers
We encourage you to buy your tickets only through the Cain Park Ticket Office and authorized Ticketmaster locations. Cain Park assumes no responsibility for tickets purchased elsewhere nor can we guarantee validity or admittance. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources could be counterfeit and if so, are void.
All Ticket Sales Are Final
There are no refunds or exchanges on tickets unless it becomes necessary to cancel the performance. Refunds are only made to the original purchaser at the point of purchase. The show goes on rain or shine.
A $2 per ticket ($10 maximum) service fee is applied to all tickets purchased through Cain Park. Orders received without payment of service fee will not be processed.
There is an eight (8) ticket limit per person for most events on the Cain Park calendar. However, some events might be limited to four (4) tickets per person.
Picking Up Tickets
A photo ID is required for all ticket pick-ups including group orders. Tickets bought in advance: for an event occurring in the Evans Amphitheater will be held at the Main Ticket Office; for an event occurring in the Alma Theater will be held at the Main Ticket Office until one hour before Alma showtime when they can be picked up at the Alma Ticket Booth. Look for the "Will Call" area for pre-paid tickets.
Babies & Children
Regardless of age, every person attending most ticketed events, including babies and children, must have a valid ticket. Children 2 years old and under sitting on a lap are free for certain events in 2019 ("Singin’ in the Rain" 6/26 and "Sing" 8/14). Children and students are eligible to receive a $2 discount off the regular ticket price for certain performances. We require adult supervision of all children admitted to any performance, and we strongly urge parents to remove children immediately if they are creating a disturbance.
What You Can’t Bring In
Ohio state law and local ordinance prohibit bringing your own alcoholic beverages to Cain Park (beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages can be purchased at Cain Park).
None of the following are allowed:
- Cameras or Recording Devices
- Candles (Including Incense or Any Type of Burning Insect Repellent)
- Glass Items of Any Kind
Bags and coolers will be checked at the gates. Any unauthorized items must be returned to the owner’s vehicle or left in the Main Ticket Office at no risk to Cain Park; these items can be picked up at concert end. Violators may be ejected without refund.
Cain Park is Smoke-Free
The City of Cleveland Heights has enacted a no-smoking policy in all city facilities including Cain Park performance spaces. Therefore, smoking is only permitted outside the gate entrances to both theaters.
Cain Park events start on time. Please allow ample time for travel, parking, and walking the well-lit pathways into the park. Latecomers and persons leaving either theater will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager. Cain Park accepts no responsibility for any inconvenience.
Disruptive audience members
Cain Park reserves the right to ask disruptive patrons to leave the premises without refund. We require adult supervision of all children admitted to any performance, and we strongly urge parents to remove children immediately if they are creating a disturbance.
