Ticket Information
For your convenience, you can purchase tickets to all Cain Park events at the Cain Park Main Ticket Office (in person, phone, fax, mail), and through Ticketmaster (outlets, charge-by-phone, online). Directions for all of these ordering options are found below.
ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL.
There are no refunds or exchanges on tickets unless it becomes necessary to cancel the performance. Refunds are only made to the original purchaser at the point of purchase. The show goes on rain or shine.
Artists and programs are subject to change.
Dates to remember
Saturday, May 24: Cain Park Ticket Office opens for Cleveland Heights residents only, 9am-5pm. Please bring the following items: 1. a photo ID (e.g. driver's license); 2. Cleveland Heights Recreation ID or two other proofs of current residency (e.g. utility bills).
Saturday, May 31: Cain Park Ticket Office opens to general public.
Monday, May 26 (Memorial Day), July 4 (Independence Day): Cain Park is closed (Ticket and Administrative Offices).

Open through intermission of all performances. Closed every Monday and July 4.

No convenience fee is added to tickets purchased in person at Cain Park.

- At Ticketmaster outlets: Most outlets accept cash, MasterCard and VISA. Ticketmaster service charge applied on every ticket.
- At Cain Park (as of May 31): At Main Ticket Office, located outside east gate to Evans Amphitheater; use Goodnor/Superior entrance. Cash, check/money order, credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Discover Card, American Express). No convenience fee.

Mail completed ticket order form to Cain Park Tickets, 40 Severance Circle, Cleveland Heights, Ohio 44118. Check/money order (payable to City of Cleveland Heights) or credit card with signature (VISA, MasterCard, Discover Card, American Express). $2 convenience fee per ticket ($10 maximum).

EASY WAYS TO SAVE
- PATRON SERIES: Buy at least 1 ticket to any 4 or more different events (or to 4 or more different dates of The Wiz, or Harold & Maude) and receive a 15% discount off the regular ticket price! Valid only when the purchase of tickets occurs at the same time prior to the day of the first event. Events that do not allow for discounted tickets are excluded from this offer. The Patron Series cannot be used in combination with any other discount and can only be purchased at Cain Park. Retroactive discounts are not allowed.
- DISCOUNT TICKETS: Look under each event for applicable discounts indicated by discount codes listed below; certain events might also have special discounts which will be itemized under the event. Only one discount per ticket. Retroactive discounts are not allowed.
Senior Citizen (60+) - $2 off 1 ticket
Cleveland Heights Recreation ID - $3 off 1 ticket. ONLY AVAILABLE AT CAIN PARK TICKET OFFICE
Cleveland Heights Recreation ID cards can only be purchased by residents at the Cleveland Heights Community Center (1 Monticello Blvd. at Mayfield Rd., 216-691-7373).
Military ID - $3 off each ticket up to 2 tickets ONLY AVAILABLE AT CAIN PARK TICKET OFFICE
Child/Student - $2 off 1 ticket
Friends of Cain Park (couple/family) - $2 off each ticket up to 2 tickets. ONLY AVAILABLE AT CAIN PARK TICKET OFFICE

- GROUP DISCOUNTS: 20 or more receive a 15% discount! Groups attending ticketed Evans Amphitheater performances may also reserve the Colonnade (covered picnic area) for pre-show or after-show festivities at no extra charge, pending availability. Call 216-371-3000. New! Raintree Restaurant at Cain Park invites you to experience our new catering services for private parties or groups. Let our renowned event planner assist you with planning all your catering needs for pre-concert events from 50 to 200 guests. GIFT CERTIFICATES
Cain Park Gift Certificates are available year round in any amount and can be redeemed toward the purchase of tickets in the upcoming season. Call 216-291-5792 (September-April) or 216-371-3000 (May-August) for more information or visit the Main Ticket Office Tuesdays through Sundays during the season.
