$5 admission price for 13 & over (free for 12 & under). 150 artists in nationally recognized, juried fine art and fine crafts show. No dogs, bicycles, rollerblades or skateboards admitted. Because of crowded pathways, no courtesy vehicles are in operation anytime during the Arts Festival. Supported by Friends of Cain Park. Promotional support by WCLV 104.9 FM.
